Q Where can I log in to the Web Course Registration System? Please access from the Grades & Course registration button on the bottom left of the screen before logging in to MyWaseda. This button will not appear once you have logged in to MyWaseda, in which case you need to log out and access the top page again. https://my.waseda.jp/ Please refer to Appendix② for the access procedure. A Q I don't understand how to register for courses through the Web course registration system. What should I do? A Please refer to Appendix② “Course Registration Using the Web System” in this guidebook. Q I cannot search for Japanese courses on the web course registration screen. What should I do? There are several possible causes. [Case①] Searching outside the course registration period ⇒You can search for courses ONLY during the registration periods(from 1st to 3rd). Searching is not available outside of these periods. [Case②] Setting search conditions wrongly ⇒On the Course search screen, you cannot operate “2. Select a course category” unless you press the “OK” button in “1. After selecting the School.” Make sure you click the “OK” button. [Case③] Entering the wrong course title ⇒If the subject name you enter is spelled incorrectly, it will not appear in the search results. Try A searching for the correct course title in the Web syllabus. [Case④] Searching for courses that have been “Closed” due to overcapacity ⇒Courses that have reached the maximum number of students in the 1st and 2nd registration period and have been “Closed” cannot be registered, and will not appear in the search results.
