Please check the CJL website on the instructions for paying tuition fee for Japanese Language program. ■You cannot add or drop courses after the 3rd course registration period for any reason. ■You are required to pay for all registered courses even if you decide not to attend them. You cannot pay for part of the registered courses. ■If you do not pay the tuition fee by the due date, you will not be accepted to attend any registered JapaneseLanguage courses. To avoid this, be sure that you drop courses during the course drop period. ■Tuition fee payment after the due date is unavailable for any reason. Also, tuition fee is non-refundable. If you need to extend your student visa, you are required to submit the Certificate of Japanese Language Course Registration to the Immigration Bureau. To apply for the certificate, if you are a CJL student, bring a receipt of tuition fee payment to the CJL office. After payment is confirmed, the certificate will be issued within 3 or 4 days. A handling fee of 300 yen is charged for each certificate. Ask your school office if you are not a CJL student. Purchase your textbooks after all course registrations are completed.
