For Information about the required number of credits for graduation and other rules, refer to the Course Guide and Course Registration Guidebook distributed by your Undergraduate School. For detailed rules, refer to the Course Guide and Course Registration Guidebook distributed by your Graduate School. For detailed course registration rules and schedules, refer to “3-C Faculty/Researchers” page. Reference Your Objective for taking Japanese Language Courses may differ depending on your affiliation or enrollment status. Please refer to the table below. Undergraduate and graduate students should first read and understand the materials distributed by their own school before reading this guide, as the registration rules (*) differ by each school. Maximum number of credits you may register in each semester. *e.g. Number of foreign language credits required for graduation, Japanese language courses offered by CJL consist of “Comprehensive Course” and “Theme Course”. In the Comprehensive Course, students are able to comprehensively study the four skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. "Kanji" and "Conversation" courses are also offered to complement the four key skills. In the Theme Course, teachers offer courses in a variety of categories based on their expertise.
