Be sure to attend the orientation to check if the course matches your Japanese level. - You can change or cancel a course during the 3rd registration period after attending the first week of classes. For on-campus classes for which you are planning to apply at the 3rd registration period, please attend the first class even if your registration has not yet been completed. Please inform the instructor that you plan to register for the course at the third registration period. Please note that the instructor may refuse your prospective attendance at his/her own discretion, for example, in cases when the classroom is too crowded. Based on your study plan, register for courses through the Web Course Registration System . ＜Announcement of the 1st Course Registration Results＞ The result of the 1st course registration will be announced through “Web Course Registration System”. Confirm your course registration status there, and then proceed to the 2nd course registration stage if necessary. If there are no more adds and drops after the 1st registration, confirm the final registration result. If the registration is not completed during the 1st registration, you can ADD and DROP courses during the 2nd registration period. Courses that can be added in the 2nd registration period are the ones that have openings after the 1st registration period. The “Available Seats List” will be posted on the CJL website at night on the day before the 2nd registration period starts. ＜Announcement of the 2nd Course Registration Results＞ The result of the 2nd course registration will be announced through “Web Course Registration System”. Confirm your course registration status there, and then proceed to the 3rd course registration stage if necessary. If there are no more adds and drops after the 2nd registration, confirm the final registration result. *Prospective attendance does not mean that you will be registered for the course ofyour interest; please be sure to check the results of course registration after you have appliedfor the course through the Web Course Registration System according to the prescribedprocedures. ☞Appendix② 【Important】The 1st Registration is essential, so don’t miss it! You have three chances to register for courses, from the 1st to 3rd registration. However, there are restrictions on the 2nd and 3rd registration: you can ONLY register for courses for which there are available seats at that time, and you CANNOT register for courses that is “Closed” due to the class capacity over.
